Bus and Room Sharing for
2021 QYO Wind Symphony (WS) Overnight Tour
QYO has changed the bus company for this trip to Mt Gravatt Coach and Travel due to lack of seats available with the previously booked company.
Under the bus company’s Covid rules, WS members travelling by bus must stay in the same assigned seat for all trips during the tour. You can specify below up to 3 people who you would like to sit next to on the bus.
Accommodation on tour is a mix of single (not for under 18s), twin or triple rooms. You can specify below up to 3 people who you are happy to share accommodation with.
Completion of this form is not compulsory. For those completing it, we must receive your response by 12pm midday on Wednesday 7 July at the latest. For those who do not respond, we will allocate seat and room sharing based on age, gender and instrument group.
